My Diet - Day Four, Five, Six & Seven!

Hello!

So as some of you know i have been away this weekend hence why this is a joint day diet blog! Today is day 8 of my diet.

Day four went OK, i exercised for about 20 mins with Cody and ate the following:
 
Breakfast
2 x Brown Toast 

Lunch
A Big Tomato
An Ice Lolly
A Cup of Tea
 
Tea
Salad (Again i had no lettuce so it was sweetcorn, red onion, spring onion, chunks of carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery, orange pepper, olive oil and peri peri powder)
1 Glass of Squash
1 Glass of Water
 
Snacks
2 pieces of Lemon Drizzle Cake!!
 
Days 5, 6 and 7 might as well be a write off, I've got no will power when it comes to going away for the weekend, although I did have a wicked weekend pretending i was a cast member of TOWIE and on a good note I did a lot of dancing on Sunday night! Oh and I ain't meat so that went out the window to - like I say no will power and with the weigh in coming later I am not looking forward to it!

My Diet - Day Three

So I've made it to day three of my diet....more exercise today....a whole hour today with Cody and i even did it in the rain! I also did my vlog outside again (I think that will become my favourite place to vlog)


My menu for today was
Breakfast
Bowl of Alpen with Semi Skimmed Milk
Cup of Tea

Lunch
A Big Tomato and an Apple
Cup of Tea
 
Tea
Salad (Again i had no lettuce so it was sweetcorn, red onion, a spanish onion spring onion, chunks of carrot, chilli, leek, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and peri peri powder)
 
Snacks
A large glass of wine (and if I'm honest there will be another!)
 
I still didn't drink enough water though!! MUST drink more water. I've also realised I'm not eating meat so am going to continue this to see how i feel. Will keep you updated.

My Diet - Day Two

So today is day two of my diet. I managed more exercise today and did a 40 minute walk with Cody and even managed to film my vlog at the same time!
I haven't eaten as much as yesterday but have been naughty twice and haven't drank enough water again! Tomorrow i must drink more water! Here's my daily menu... (can you spot the two slips!)

Breakfast
Bowl of Alpen with Semi Skimmed Milk
Cup of Tea

Lunch
A Big Tomato and an Apple
Cup of Tea

Tea
Salad (I'd ran out of lettuce so it was grated carrot, cherry tomatoes, orange pepper, red onion, spring onion, celery, sweetcorn and a chilli and peri peri powder)
A Mini Chocolate Muffin
Glass of Squash
 
Snacks
Small Glass of Dry White Wine
 
So my aim for tomorrow - possibly a little run with Cody and consume more water!

My Diet - Day One



So I've decided that I'm dieting, I've lost weight before on the Rosemary Conley Diet and i lost around 2 stone but i put it all back on and now feel pretty god damn miserable with how i look! I'm pretty sure I've got a very low metabolic rate so usually the only way i lose weight is by exercising to the point of exhaustion! So I'm changing my diet and am going to increase the amount of exercise i do as i don't really do anywhere near enough. I'm going to stick to eating no more than 1400 calories a day and nothing with more than 5% fat in it, these are pretty much the rules of Rosemary Conley except i wont be paying £6 every week for the pleasure! Its now 11pm and here is what i have eaten today:

Breakfast
Bowl of Alpen with Semi Skimmed Milk
Cup of Tea

Lunch
A Big Tomato, a Plum and an apple
Cup of Tea

Tea
Salad
Glass of Cranberry Juice

Snacks
Weight Watchers Creamed Caramel Rice Pudding

In fact, looking at that - i need to drink more water! The only exercise i did today was a 20 minute walk with the dog so will try and do a longer walk tomorrow. I've decided I'm only going to weigh myself once a week and that's on a Tuesday evening as I've just weighed myself now and my starting weight is -11st 12lbs.

Shoe Collection

My Shoe's

I've decided to get more into my blog/vlog and start putting some stuff on here that people would like to read rather than just chat about myself. I've filmed my shoe colection and put it in my YouTube channel and have decided i have alot of shoes!! I didnt even film trainers and ballet shoes as i was getting tired from putting on and taking off all my shoes! I also established i get alot of shoes from New Look. YouTube, Catch Up and Could I Have Found the Perfect House?

Haven't done a blog for ages so thought i'd do one..... My YouTube channel is picking up slowly, the views on my videos have had a little increase but i've still only got 5 subscribers but as long as the views go up at least i know they are being watched!

I haven't done amazingly well at losing weight yet...i haven't majorly changed my diet but have upped the exercise and have been running at work and with Cody (my puppy)...i think i need to take it to the next step to see some real results! Also, being a big blues fan we lost yesterday which means it goes down to the last game of the season as to whether we stay in the premiership or not....i hope we don't go down!!

Also, Karl and i viewed a 3 bed house yesterday and it was beautiful so we're just waiting on the finance to come back and i've got everything crossed that for once i get a bit of luck and we get it!

I won't leave it as long to blog again!

Losing Weight and Catch Up

Morning all,
Haven't blogged for a few days and as I haven't got any followers yet I don't think it is a great loss! I'm back to trying to lose weight - last year I lost two stone but I've put it all back on and prob a few lbs extra! Good news is I know how to shift it - Rosemary Connerly! Its the only diet that has ever worked for me and so I'm back on it! Obviously it's cheaper this time as I know the drill and don't have to pay £5 a class! Basically you can't eat more than 1400 calories a day, nothing with more than 5grams of fat per 100grams and you must do some exercise each day - even if it's ten minutes running up & down the stairs! I'll keep you updated with my progress, my starting weight is 12stone and a size 14/16 so hopefully in a few months I can be 9/10 stone and a healthy size 10/12!

I've still been doing my YouTube vids and there's 8 uploaded now so I'm going to need to do another soon, I might do a what's in my bag tag next. I only have 5 subscribers but slowly I'll get there.
