So as some of you know i have been away this weekend hence why this is a joint day diet blog! Today is day 8 of my diet.
Day four went OK, i exercised for about 20 mins with Cody and ate the following:
Breakfast
2 x Brown Toast
Lunch
A Big Tomato
An Ice Lolly
A Cup of Tea
Tea
Salad (Again i had no lettuce so it was sweetcorn, red onion, spring onion, chunks of carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery, orange pepper, olive oil and peri peri powder)
1 Glass of Squash
1 Glass of Water
Snacks
2 pieces of Lemon Drizzle Cake!!
Days 5, 6 and 7 might as well be a write off, I've got no will power when it comes to going away for the weekend, although I did have a wicked weekend pretending i was a cast member of TOWIE and on a good note I did a lot of dancing on Sunday night! Oh and I ain't meat so that went out the window to - like I say no will power and with the weigh in coming later I am not looking forward to it!
