So I've decided that I'm dieting, I've lost weight before on the Rosemary Conley Diet and i lost around 2 stone but i put it all back on and now feel pretty god damn miserable with how i look! I'm pretty sure I've got a very low metabolic rate so usually the only way i lose weight is by exercising to the point of exhaustion! So I'm changing my diet and am going to increase the amount of exercise i do as i don't really do anywhere near enough. I'm going to stick to eating no more than 1400 calories a day and nothing with more than 5% fat in it, these are pretty much the rules of Rosemary Conley except i wont be paying £6 every week for the pleasure! Its now 11pm and here is what i have eaten today:
Breakfast
Bowl of Alpen with Semi Skimmed Milk
Cup of Tea
Lunch
A Big Tomato, a Plum and an apple
Cup of Tea
Tea
Salad
Glass of Cranberry Juice
Snacks
Weight Watchers Creamed Caramel Rice Pudding
In fact, looking at that - i need to drink more water! The only exercise i did today was a 20 minute walk with the dog so will try and do a longer walk tomorrow. I've decided I'm only going to weigh myself once a week and that's on a Tuesday evening as I've just weighed myself now and my starting weight is -11st 12lbs.
