I haven't eaten as much as yesterday but have been naughty twice and haven't drank enough water again! Tomorrow i must drink more water! Here's my daily menu... (can you spot the two slips!)

Bowl of Alpen with Semi Skimmed Milk
Cup of Tea
Lunch
A Big Tomato and an Apple
Cup of Tea
Tea
Salad (I'd ran out of lettuce so it was grated carrot, cherry tomatoes, orange pepper, red onion, spring onion, celery, sweetcorn and a chilli and peri peri powder)
A Mini Chocolate Muffin
Glass of Squash
Snacks
Small Glass of Dry White Wine
So my aim for tomorrow - possibly a little run with Cody and consume more water!
