Haven't blogged for a few days and as I haven't got any followers yet I don't think it is a great loss! I'm back to trying to lose weight - last year I lost two stone but I've put it all back on and prob a few lbs extra! Good news is I know how to shift it - Rosemary Connerly! Its the only diet that has ever worked for me and so I'm back on it! Obviously it's cheaper this time as I know the drill and don't have to pay £5 a class! Basically you can't eat more than 1400 calories a day, nothing with more than 5grams of fat per 100grams and you must do some exercise each day - even if it's ten minutes running up & down the stairs! I'll keep you updated with my progress, my starting weight is 12stone and a size 14/16 so hopefully in a few months I can be 9/10 stone and a healthy size 10/12!
I've still been doing my YouTube vids and there's 8 uploaded now so I'm going to need to do another soon, I might do a what's in my bag tag next. I only have 5 subscribers but slowly I'll get there.
