My menu for today was
Breakfast
Bowl of Alpen with Semi Skimmed Milk
Cup of Tea
Lunch
A Big Tomato and an Apple
Cup of Tea
Tea
Salad (Again i had no lettuce so it was sweetcorn, red onion, a spanish onion spring onion, chunks of carrot, chilli, leek, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, olive oil and peri peri powder)
Snacks
A large glass of wine (and if I'm honest there will be another!)
I still didn't drink enough water though!! MUST drink more water. I've also realised I'm not eating meat so am going to continue this to see how i feel. Will keep you updated.
